  1. Hey Ellie:
This was a great post. I thought you did a great job outlining opportunities, and I like how you pointed out problems and issues that affect a large group of people. For example, allergens not being placed on labels is a huge issue that could possibly affect a huge number of people. You also proposed a huge opportunity with cell phones and technology because that is something that affects the every day lives of practically every person on the planet.

  2. Hey Ellie, I thought you did a great job with this post. The articles you found seemed to outline very real, and very exploitable opportunities. I actually did not know about the recall on the iPhone 8 so I even learned something that may potentially affect me. I would be interested to hear how you think these opportunities can be solved or put to use from your entrepreneurial point of view. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Hey Ellie!

Great post. I was super shocked that Liquid Nitrogen products were not good and/or healthy for you. In South Florida, where I am from, nitrogen products are a HUGE trend. There is nitro ice cream, desserts, coffee, etc. So I was actually very shocked to see this. I also appreciated how you outlined all your points effectively. Overall, great job!

  4. Hey Ellie,
Just like Shenelle mentioned, I also was very shocked to be a Floridian who just learned that liquid nitrogen products were not good for you at all. I do however think you did a very good job on this assignment. The articles you picked covered the topics assigned very well and you did a thorough job with your explanations of the articles.

  5. Hey Ellie, I really enjoyed your post and I noticed that some of the stores you presented are close to where I live. I didn't know anything about the recall of iPhone 8's, Im kinda worried now. I also didn't know anything about the FDA cracking down on treats made with liquid nitrogen, I will make sure to avoid that in the future. You did a great job of summarizing the story and identifying the opportunities these stories could offer. Great job!

  6. Hey Ellie, great post. If anything, its made me more cautious of what goes on in my everyday life. As lot of our classmates posted, I had no idea liquid nitrogen products could be bad for you or even that mislabeling products is still a thing. Overall, you did well recapping each story and who had the problem, as well as the opportunity that others could reap.
